         We are a local Residential Appraisal firm, specializing in 1-4 unit properties throughout the Sacramento Metropolitan area, with a specific specialization in litigation appraisals in the Citrus Heights/Roseville city areas and Yuba City/Marysville Metropolitan areas.  We have a commitment to quality, ethics and professional business practice which has guided our success in the recent economic downturn of the Real Estate industry.  We provide a full assortment of residential appraisal services and appraisal reporting formats.  All appraisals are reviewed, prior to delivery, to minimize errors or omissions, and client requests to correct such mistakes.
