Digital Floor Plan Packages
Thanks for choosing the Appraiser's Network Group for your digital floor plan needs. Each Package has been explained in detail with pricing options to better suit your needs. Each plan has been priced according to complexity, design and overall time spent on the home itself, as well as the research involved in providing the final product.

Each inspection conducted, comes complete with 9 photos; Front, Rear, Street, Living Room or Family Room, Kitchen, Bathroom, Left Side, Right Side, and a View of Site (backyard). While the Basic and Premium Packages do not utilize all photos, these photos can be purchased for an additional $5, or at the time the order is placed, up to 5 specific pictures can be utilized in place of those taken, for the same cost.
Basic Package
The Basic Package was designed to be a low cost affordable way to provide some general information about the property. The package ranges in price dependent on the subject complexity and design, of which a one story home under 2,000 sq. ft. is considered the lowest priced option. A preliminary analysis of county records will be conducted prior to inspection to verify county records as to the "general size" of the structure. The package includes a generic sketch with exterior dimensions and room labels, as seen within the home, at the time of inspection. While the appraiser takes a total of 9 photos, including the Front, Rear, Street, Living Room, Kitchen, Bathroom, 2 sides and a View of Site, this package only includes 2 of the 9 photos taken. If no specific photos are requested, the appraiser will include a Front & Living Room photo. Click here for a sample.

Premium Package
The Premium Package was designed to be a step up and provide more detail to you, our client. This package is aimed specifically at Real Estate Agents who are trying to save time and money. This package includes a more detailed floor plan of the Subject property complete with exterior dimensions, as well as room sizes under each room label. The package includes 5 photos, of which one is of the Front; The other 4 photos can be specified at time of order. Click here for a sample.

Elite Package
The Elite Package was designed to be the ultimate design for those who want to go above and beyond to impress their clients, as well as prospective buyes. This package includes a detailed floor plan of the Subject property complete with both interior/exterior dimensions and wall placements, as well as labels for amenities. The package also includes any number of specified photos, of which one is of the Front. The package includes 2 bound, professional property profiles, complete with 2 county record sources, floor plan, plat map, specific site blown up, zoning map (when available), current zoning code, all photos, and a Maps.Live.com aerial map (where available).
