    In light of our current market trends, it has become increasingly harder for agents to sell homes.  Constant marketing, constant driving, numerous phone calls, all for what seems to be a lowering commission.  The Appraiser's Network Group is now here to help YOU!  As part of our daily process of inspecting homes, we are now offering a digital floor plan.  For a minmal fee, we will save you time and money.  We will gladly go out to a property in any one of our coverage areas.  We will measure out a property and take a few snapshots of the property for you.  No more wondering if the addition will be counted as livable space or if the converted garage or basement will count.  We will let you know, as we do this every day!  The information will be sent back to you, via e-mail as usable photos and a pdf document of the subject floor plan, with a total gross livable area.  Use it as a link on your local MLS, and you will be able to show the house to prospective buyers without even getting in your car!  You can e-mail it to them, and as time goes on, you can show all of your properties to the client at once!  We are embracing technology and utilizing it's power to both aide in your process and aide in our process as well. 

    The digital floor plan, and pricing was developed not only to help you get things done but to help everyone in the process.  It will also help the buyer, who will save $100 off the cost of their appraisal, if ordered through us.  If not, a sketch of the home has been provided and may help any other appraiser who sees the home.  Lastly, it will benefit us!  As appraisers we are constantly on the phone calling agents trying to get all the details of a property, and of the sale.  This will save us a lot of questions if we actually use the home as a comparable, giving us an insight never before realized, actually seeing the home first hand, both front and back, inside and out!!  We also benefit by actually having a picture of the home, at the time of sale.  No more wondering what the home actually looked like when it sold 2 months ago, or where the photo actually is for homes like condos and townhouses which typically have a picture of the front gate. 

    The link below will transfer you to an abundant array of products, sample plans and prices for viewing purposes only.  Now depending on the digital plan you choose, are a number of different services.  Basics, gets you the basics!  Premier will give you a broader picture of the home and the Elite Package while highlight a pdf packet you may choose to leave at the property, bound with color photos and detailed information about the physical characteristics of the subject property, as well as any known legal aspects, all dependent on your needs and how much you want to inform your client before they buy.  All information is sent to you as usable documents, which you may put into your local MLS or your own web page(s).

    We at the Appraiser's Network Group are committed to aiding in the ongoing business of the Real Estate Profession, and as an added bonus, we are currently in the works and should be operational soon, to add every property ordered, to our "listings page" for anyone who views this site.  Hyperlinks will be added free of charge to an external webpage, that features the listing somewhere else, and wil be verified before use is available.  We also offer exchange links to your company for those that apply.
